ToolBase provides a collection of free, browser-based utility tools including (but not limited to): a number-to-words converter, age calculator, word counter, date difference calculator, and percentage calculator. The Service is provided free of charge and supported by advertising.
3. Use of the service
You may use ToolBase for personal, educational, and commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions. You may not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service at a rate that would impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure

- Number-to-words results should be verified before use on legal documents or cheques.
- Age and date calculations assume Gregorian calendar conventions and may differ from other calendar systems.
- Percentage calculations are mathematical only and do not constitute financial advice.
5. Intellectual property
The ToolBase name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of ToolBase. The content of individual tool result outputs (e.g. "one thousand two hundred fifty") is factual in nature and not subject to copyright.
The educational content on each tool page (explanations, FAQs, examples) is © ToolBase and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Advertising
ToolBase displays advertisements through Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be shown. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads; ToolBase is not liable for advertiser content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolBase and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
